Leaf

Can green hold yellow inside it? Can yellow promise the green to come? Those were the questions in my head the day I carved these, with a ginkgo leaf in front of me.

I started making them for myself. Now I’d like them to travel like seeds on a spring wind, all the way to you. Each one is cut by hand, so no two grains or edges match — the leaf that reaches you is the only one there is.
